On February 9, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that it acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Aimia Pet Healthco Inc (“Aimia”). The Company will now be in a position to manage clinical trials internally and hopes to develop a supplement to support weight loss in domestic animals. The Company will work with Aimia to develop treats and toppers to safely combat pet obesity.
