Due to an investor finalizing a purchase of two of the Company’s secured promissory notes, which are currently in default, the Company has not been able to compile the requisite financial data and other narrative information necessary to enable it to complete the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q by January 16, 2018 without unreasonable effort and expense.
